Alicia is a licensed nurse registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board since 2015, holding a Diploma in Nursing and currently in the final year of her Bachelor of Nursing Science with Honours. With nearly 10 years of nursing experience, she has worked in the Emergency Departments of tertiary hospitals in both Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, gaining valuable exposure to diverse healthcare systems and enhancing her clinical expertise.

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association, Alicia remains committed to providing the highest standards of care. With her extensive international experience, she is dedicated to contributing to the advancement of the Malaysian healthcare landscape by promoting best practices and fostering innovation in patient care.
